Returns & Exchanges

At Anekke, we want you to be completely in love with your new accessory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected, then include the printed return form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
